María Angélica is a lawyer from Universidad de Los Andes and holds a Master’s degree in International Business from La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia. She began her professional career in the oil and gas industry, where she held various legal positions for more than ten years. She later served as Legal and Corporate Affairs Manager at a company in the liquid fuels sector in Colombia before joining AES Colombia.
