Our people are our energy at AES, and Tish brings them together around our shared purpose and values to accelerate the future of energy. Driven by data and third-party research, she has initiated and driven company-wide transformation to engage our global population and take our performance to the next level. Her work led to the creation of our Energy4Talent program that attracts the best and brightest people early in their careers to accelerate their growth and development..

Evanta recognized Tish for her leadership and named her a “Top 10 Breakaway Leader in HR” in 2013, and Latino Leaders Magazine named her as a “Top Latino Executive in Corporate America.”

Tish studied management, leadership, organizational development and human resources through programs at Villanova University, Strayer University, University of Maryland University College and University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. She earned various certificates in business management, leadership and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and human resources.

Tish resides in Virginia with her husband Juan and their two sons.  With boundless energy Tish enjoys taking on a challenge – whether it’s a new exercise program, cooking for a crowd or helping people achieve their fullest potential.
